I’m sure everyone knows the significance of today. Well dads rock seriously. They still hold true to their actions and beliefs although both of those sometimes invite contempt from us, the Generation Y (Gen Y).
Anyway, my family celebrated Daddy's Day in some Chinese restaurant. Can’t recall the name though. Doesn't matter. After packing everyone into the Mazda, we went straight to the steamboat restaurant located at Bandar Menjalara.
As I arrived, I was taken aback to see the crowd there. People came in droves and packed like sardines.
There’s nothing much to say actually. Just a normal 'makan' session. With lots and lots of scrumptious food. I ate till I feel like puking. Well, I think I ate the most since the rest of my family members don't seem to possess my eating prowess. I’ve a big appetite. I can eat like a pig and still come out like a twig.
The food we ate consist of some Yong Tau Foo imported from Ampang, assorted vegetables, fish dumplings, prawns, fish balls, mini Chinese sausages and meatballs, etc… Ah, love those stuff...
Guess that's all. I’m still full now, though dinner is a two-hour-ago affair. Apparently, lifesaving doesn't exactly speed up digestion. Adversely however, felt a little nauseous during lifesaving.
But thank god I didn't puke. That would be embarrassing even for my standards.
Happy Father's Day
